4 Part Carbonless Forms
Starting at
$220
4 Part Carbonless Forms carry an original plus three duplicate copies, made for paperwork that has to travel through more hands than a simple two- or three-party transaction. One set fills out once and produces four identical records at the same time, one for each stop the document needs to make, whether that's a customer, a dispatcher, a warehouse and a billing office, or any similar four-step chain. It's the size worth reaching for once a workflow has genuinely outgrown three copies rather than picking the biggest option "to be safe."

Full Description
A 4 part carbonless form is four sheets bonded together at one edge, each coated so that writing or printing on the top page reproduces itself on all three pages below it in a single pass. The underlying technology is identical to our 2 and 3 part forms; the difference is purely in how many finished copies a single form produces, and that number should match how many separate people or departments actually need a record of the same transaction.
Four copies is the right amount once a document has to be tracked through several stages rather than handed directly between two parties. A service call might need a copy for the customer, one for the technician on-site, one for the dispatch office to schedule against, and one for billing to invoice from — each department pulls its copy off the pad the moment the job is written up, with nothing to re-enter later. Multi-step purchase orders, equipment rental agreements, and delivery manifests that get checked at more than one point along a route are other common candidates for this size.
Because each additional part adds thickness, weight and cost to a pad, it's worth being honest about how many copies a workflow actually needs before jumping straight to four parts. If two of the four intended recipients could realistically share one copy, a 3 part form does the job at a lower cost per set; if the process has room to grow past four stops, it's easier to plan for that now than to redesign later.
As with our other carbonless forms, standard sizes are 5.5" x 8.5", 8.5" x 11" and 8.5" x 14", with custom dimensions available on request. Sheets are typically color-coded in sequence so each recipient knows their copy on sight, and sequential numbering can be added during design for forms that need to be tracked or reconciled later. Padding, perforation and binding choices are worked out as part of the free proof, based on how the form will actually be filled out and torn away in daily use.
