Your file is checked for bleed, trim, resolution, overprint and total ink coverage before anything else happens. We rebuild the die line to your finished size, then send a proof. Flat PDF, a 3D mock-up, or a physical sample in the post. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Short runs go digital; anything above a few thousand goes sheet-fed offset, where ink density and color consistency across the run justify the plate cost. Stock is pulled to caliper. 14pt through 32pt board, uncoated text weights, PVC, scrim vinyl, corrugate, and color is pulled to a G7-aligned target.
The part most printers treat as an afterthought: lamination (gloss, matte, soft-touch), spot UV registered to artwork, foil stamping, embossing, scoring before folding so coated stock doesn't crack, custom steel-rule dies, kiss-cutting on liner, gluing and hand-assembly.
Counted, banded, boxed to survive the courier, and shipped across the USA and Canada, or split across multiple addresses if you're supplying franchisees or event teams. You get tracking and a named contact for the whole run.

Packaging and rigid boxes carry higher minimums (usually 250) since each run needs a steel-rule die. Tell us the quantity you actually want and we will quote the honest number rather than pushing you up a tier.
A quote comes back within one business day. After you approve the proof, standard turnaround is four to six business days on flat printed work, seven to ten with finishing such as foil, emboss or spot UV, and ten to fourteen on assembled packaging. Rush production is available on most products. Say so in the quote and we schedule around it.
Yes. Flat PDF proofs and 3D mock-ups are free and unlimited on every custom order, including revisions. A physical sample printed on your actual stock is free on orders above a threshold your estimator will confirm; below it, we charge shipping only. Nothing goes on press until you sign off in writing.
Press-ready PDF/X-1a is ideal: CMYK, 300 dpi minimum, fonts embedded or outlined, 0.125in bleed and a 0.125in safe margin. We also accept native AI, INDD, PSD and EPS. If all you have is a JPG or a Word file, send it anyway. Our studio rebuilds artwork to press standard as part of the proof.
On offset we run Pantone spot inks for exact matches, which is the right call for a logo color that has to be identical across every reprint. On digital we hit a close CMYK simulation and color-manage to a G7-aligned target. Give us the Pantone number and we will tell you which path your run should take.
We ship across the USA and Canada as standard, with tracking on every order. Runs can be split across multiple addresses at no extra handling cost. Useful if you are supplying franchisees, regional reps or event teams. International freight is quoted case by case.
If the delivered job does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it at our cost. Report it within ten business days of delivery with photographs. What we cannot reprint free is a typo or a wrong dimension that was present on the proof you signed, which is exactly why we insist on that sign-off.
Usually, yes. The 176 products in the catalogue are the jobs we run most often, not the limit of the floor. If it can be printed, laminated, foiled, die-cut, folded or glued, describe it and an estimator will tell you whether it is buildable, what it will cost and how long it takes.
